Event: Andor Awards 2026

This Booking Contract (โ€œContractโ€) is entered into between the booker (โ€œBookerโ€) and ACCC (โ€œOrganiserโ€) for the purpose of reserving seats or tables at the Andor Awards 2026 (โ€œEventโ€). By signing or ticking the acceptance box, the Booker agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Bookings and Payments

1.1. Booking Options:

1.2. Deposit: Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking to secure the reservation.

1.3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due in full by 1st September 2026. Payment reminders will be issued prior to this date.

1.4. Late Payment: Should full payment not be received by the due date, ACCC reserves the right to release the reserved seat(s) or table(s) for resale. Deposits remain non-refundable.

2. Payment Method

All payments must be made via bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be provided on the invoice. The Booker must reference their booking when making payment.

3. Limitation of Liability

By signing this Contract, the Booker acknowledges and agrees that:

3.1. ACCC acts solely as the organiser of the Event and shall not be responsible for:

3.2. Attendees are responsible for notifying ACCC of any food allergies or dietary requirements in advance. ACCC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate notified requirements but accepts no liability for adverse reactions if allergies are not disclosed.

3.3. ACCC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the Event, except were caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct of ACCC.

4. Force Majeure

ACCC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Contract where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, terrorism, strikes, government action, or any other event preventing the Event from taking place as scheduled.

5. Indemnity

The Booker agrees to indemnify and hold ACCC harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from any breach of this Contract or any act or omission by the Booker or their guests.

6. Data Protection (UK GDPR 2018)

ACCC will process personal data provided by the Booker in accordance with the UK GDPR. Data will be used solely for administering bookings, communications, and Event logistics. By signing this Contract, the Booker consents to ACCC processing their personal data and that of their guests.

7. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between ACCC and the Booker and supersedes all prior communications, negotiations, or agreements. Any variation to this Contract shall only be valid if in writing and signed by both parties.

Acceptance
By selecting the acceptance tick box, the Booker acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this Booking Contract.

Temporary Downtime

We are getting a new, more efficient, phone system installed to improve our service to our valuable customers. There may be a period of downtime where we will be unable to receive or make calls., for a short time, on Friday 25th October.
