Job purpose

To provide support towards the company’s client base for their prepaid card and associated software platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at an exciting period in the company’s growth and development.

About the employer

Andor Cards Ltd offer automated payment solutions to Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, legal organisations and businesses, specifically acting in the Health & Social Care sector. The platform simplifies process whilst also ensuring a clearer audit trail & minimal administration requirements.

Main duties

  • Telephone based support for clients.
  • Software usage of the platform, as required.
  • Relevant administration duties.
  • Some travel to client’s premises, if required.

Required Applicant Profile

  • Honest.
  • Reliable.
  • Punctual.
  • Willingness to travel, when required.
  • Access to an insured motor vehicle.
  • Driving licence.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Expert at building client relationships and rapport.
  • Keyboard and software literate.
  • The ability to work towards task completion with minimal supervision.
  • An understanding of equality and diversity.

Hours of work

Full Time
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Rate of pay

Starting at £23,462.62 per annum.
